The following Terms & Conditions have been compiled to give clear guidelines on the registration process and cancellation policy.
To confirm your registration for the Māori Fisheries Conference 2018, payment must be received by Te Ohu Kaimoana by Thursday 22 March 2018. Please pay amount on the invoice that was emailed to you when you registered. Te Ohu Kaimoana accepts direct payments via internet banking or bank direct. Please refer to your invoice for payment instructions.
If paying by cheque, quote your invoice number on the back of the cheque, and post to:

Any cancellations prior to 5pm on Thursday 15 March 2018 will result in a refund, less a $50 administration fee. Cancellations after that date will be non-refundable.
The preferred payment method is by credit card or internet banking
All charges are in New Zealand Dollars
Registrations are transferable provided the Conference Registration Team is notified in writing of the name of the replacement individual(s) before 5pm on Thursday 23 March 2017. Transfers after that date will be at the discretion of Te Ohu Kaimoana.
Accommodation options for conference delegates are listed on our website. Rooms have been secured for conference delegates direct with the hotel. If accommodation is required, registrants are encouraged to secure accommodation as quickly as possible to not miss out. Accommodation booked by registrants and any associated charges are to be settled directly with the Novotel Hotel Auckland International Airport by the delegate(s) upon departure.
Te Ohu Kaimoana will not accept responsibility for any costs incurred in relation to accommodation booked by conference delegate(s).
